as if in a straw's fire

in the middle of the bare courtyard

the desire to act has been short-lived

so

when act

right at the beginning

of the burning of the straw

already begin to feel the anguish

of seeing the evanescent impetus

in addition to inertia

the initial movement

required momentum

but

alone

saw desire reduces

exhausted

impetus

one regret remains

for have not waited

to see

whether

the straw

would burn

and would spread

the 

inner will

has rarely

been enough

to keep fire vivacious

yet

even

in the midst

of present frustration

hope will act again

must maintain

the hope

one day will survive the will

while the burned straw

sparks will disperse

and set fire to the warehouse.

and why not dream

the world around

like a fire of straw

in the middle of the bare courtyard

little hard

the desire

of action

then

when

act soon

at the beginning of the burning

then you feel the anguish

to see momentum

evanescent

beyond inertia

The initial movement

required impetus

but lonely

saw reduce desire

exhaust all impetus

there remains a lament

for not waiting

to know

if it burns

of straw would scatter

the inner will

rarely

enough

to maintain

the lively fire

even so

same

having

frustration

will act again

hope must be maintained

that one day

will survive

the will

and when

burn the straw

scattered sparks

they will set fire to the warehouse

and why not dream

the vast world around

como em fogo de palha

em meio ao pátio nu 

pouco dura 

o desejo

de ação

então 

quando 

age logo

no início da queima 

logo sente a angústia 

de ver ímpeto 

evanescente

para além da inércia 

o movimento inicial 

demandava impulso

mas solitário

viu reduzir o desejo

exaurir-se todo ímpeto 

resta um lamento

por não aguardar

para saber 

se a queima 

da palha se alastraria

a vontade interior

raramente 

basta

para manter 

o fogo vivaz

ainda assim

mesmo 

havendo 

frustração

agirá novamente

há de se manter a esperança 

de que um dia 

sobreviverá 

a vontade

e quando 

queimar a palha

fagulhas dispersas

incendiarão o paiol 

e por que não sonhar

o vasto mundo ao redor
