por ontem

experiências

sensações

às vezes

em uma trilha antiga

uma migalha se acomoda

em coleção de fragmentos

cada migalha

um ponto específico

as

novas

não deixam

de se constituírem

parte de uma longa trilha

olha ao redor de tantas migalhas antigas

às vezes se unirão

com mais recentes

uma outra poderá ser espalhada

algumas

posteriormente

serão reestruturadas

mais

ou menos

algumas

poderão se transformar

em um pão diferente

outras misturadas fermento

poderão se transformar em um novo pão

mas a maioria permanecerá

como migalhas

depois daquela primeira meia hora

irá atrás de alguma outra migalha

e

ainda

vagando

finalmente

consegue quebrar

and feelings

sometimes 

in a new or an old trail

a crumb settle down in a collection of fragments

each crumb in a particular spot

the

new

ones
mostly constitute 
part of a long trail

look around the old crumbs

sometimes will be united

with latter and

an other could

be scattered

some

will be latter

restructured

more

or less

some

could turn 

into a different one
another with fermented

could turn into a new bread

but most will stay
at crumbs'

level

after 

that first 

half a hour

will go after

one late crumb

and still wandering

finally get to break 

very slowly
