I park the car

swallow a pill

drink water

play Mozart's adagios

count to a hundred

get out of the car

stretch to ease the stress

I sit 

on a bench

in the square

the cloudless sky

the late afternoon sun

I watch an old woman

playing with dogs and child

listen to the migratory parakeets

take some slow notes

I feel my pulse slower

the blood pressure 

appeared to drop

look around

while a light breeze 

caresses my skin

the evening sun
