when starting the car

I see the barrier lowering

realise the parking lot card 

was not validated

I return to the cashier

grinding my teeth

frustration increases

when leaving

the supermaket

motorcyclist overtakes me on the right

honking loudly

crosses to the left

no space 

cuts across the sidewalk

almost run over a dog

speeds up at a red light

non-stop

encompassing irritation

suddenly

I remember to have forgetten

the dose of pharmako

for the mood imbalance

I park the car

swallow a pill

drink water

play Mozart's adagios

count to a hundred

get out of the car

stretch to ease the stress

I sit 

on a bench

in the square

the cloudless sky

the late afternoon sun

I watch an old woman

playing with dogs and child

listen to the migratory parakeets

take some slow notes

I feel my pulse slower

the blood pressure 

appeared to drop

look around

while a light breeze 

caresses my skin

the evening sun 

warms ...

When I start the car 

I see the lower barrier 

I haven't validated 

the fucking parking card

My bad mood increases

A motorcyclist passes me on the right

crosses to the left 

cuts me off 

rides up to the sidewalk

honks constantly

accelerates without stopping

As a result 

of small daily frustrations

I feel an overwhelming rage

suddenly 

I remember to drink water

take the morning dose of the pharmako

to balance my unstable mood.

while a light breeze

refreshes caresses

the evening sun 

wams my skin

and soul
