"Hezbollah carried out a retaliatory attack against Israel, which has now ended. Israel apparently had advance information about the militia's plans and attacked dozens of targets in southern Lebanon.The Lebanese Hezbollah militia attacked Israel early this morning with hundreds of rockets and drones in retaliation for the killing of a high-ranking commander. The "first phase" of the response to the murder of its commander Fuad Shukr last month has been completed, the Shiite militia, which is allied with Iran, has since announced. A full response will take "some time", it warned."
